‘Orphan Black’ Introduces New Clone In Cryptic Season 4 Teasers (Video)

Orphan Black fourth season will be with us next spring (hurrah), and it’s about time we got a teaser for what’s ahead.

This brief peek, which debuted online over the Christmas holiday, is cryptic to say the least, but we do get introduced the official look at the newest clone, M.K.

According to this recent interview with Entertainment WeeklyOrphan Black co-creator John Fawcett describes M.K. as a “slightly traumatized clone who has a deep past” and a “Deep Throat kind of character.”

In addition to this teaser, team OB gifted us with a brief, unsettling, and eye-opening (wink wink) promo for season 4:

What looks like someone’s left eye blinks to reveal a ring of camera sensors. Could it be Rachel Duncan’s new eye? Or maybe it’s Delphine, who somehow survived being shot. We’ll have to wait and see.

Orphan Black‘s third season may have been uneven, but was still absolutely compelling, thanks in large part to Tatiana Maslany’s consistent and awards-worthy performance.

The series returns to TV in April.
